Summary

This KB article describes the procedure to download the full tracing files from the Authentication Server Appliance.

Procedure

1. Login to the Configtool of the Authentication Server Appliance

2. Go to authentication server – tracing settings

3. Set the Trace Level to the required value and save

4. Now you can reproduce the error from which you want a Full Tracing file.

5. Go to Monitoring - Logfile Management

6. Go to the Trace Files part on the disk and download the Ikeyserver.trace file.
