Procedure
1. Open the PSM Troubleshooting and Diagnostics program through the start menu
2. Go to the Diagnostics Tab
3. Activate the Diagnostics log
4. Start the Diagnostics log
5. Reproduce the issue you are having.
Even it is a reboot, for example if there is an issue with a configuration after a reboot. You can reboot the system, The Diagnostics will keep logging during the reboot.
6. When you have reproduced the issue, save the Diagnostics file and send this to OneSpan Customer Support
