Our new and improved way of branding your OneSpan Sign Experience allows you to easily select which area of the tool you would like to brand in addition to streamlining the request to Support for fulfillment.
With our new system, you can select a Fast-Track link pertaining to the branding you would like to implement in which you will be prompted to fill in your information.
When you click Submit, you will receive an email with a “Go to Documents” link, where you will fill out the appropriate branding preferences for the account you have indicated. Once you have completed the documents and click “Confirm”, our Support team will receive this request and create a support ticket for the branding implementation. In turn, they will apply the branding changes to the implicated account and send you a confirmation to test when they are finished.

1. Complete Branding – this branding form includes the end-to-end branding of the OSS tool, inclusive of all sender and signer branding options.
2. NSE Strings – this branding form lists out all the Signing Ceremony UI Strings that can be customized.
3. Thank You Summary Page – all branding that surrounds the Thank You page within the Signing Ceremony.
4. Designer Page – all branding that surrounds the page in which you apply signature fields to the documents.
5. Decline – branding that allows you to determine your Decline options and reasonings.
